The Big Debate
Me: Do you think I’m
crazy?
Em: Yes.
Me: You said that
with out hesitation. Maybe you should
think about it for a second.
Em: Nope, don’t need
to think about it.
Me: Ok, maybe you can
tell me why you think I’m crazy.
Em: Mom, people can
just look at you and see that you’re crazy, and when they talk to you then they
definitely know there is something wrong with you.
Me: But I’m fun
right?
Em: Oh, yah! You’re fun!
Me: In all
seriousness…crazy, crazy? Or just a bit crazy?
Em: Mom, look at what
you’re wearing.
Me: Pajama bottoms
are about being comfortable they have no reflection on one’s mental state.
Em: Ok, how about the
fact that you will talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime?
Me: I’m friendly.
Em: You are free with
your words.
Me: People shouldn’t
be afraid of WORDS.…Vagina.
Em: Maybe those meds
you are taking is what makes you crazy.
THOMAS IS HOWLING WITH LAUGHTER!!!!
Em: What’s so funny?
Thomas: Those meds
are what’s keeping your mom as sane as she is. The word you are looking for is “stabilized”.
Me: Hey, you married
me!
Thomas: Bless my
heart.
